Student’s scored responses on items from both assessments were calibrated on a common Western Australian Monitoring Standards in Education scale by fitting the student response data to Rasch measurement models (Rasch,1960/1980) using the RUMM computer program (Andrich, Sheridan & Luo, 2005).
